How has the economy affected your business: Rhonda Abernathy said Grating Fabricators Inc. has been in business a long time and has endured because of longtime loyal customers. However, the company has lost some customers and has had to be more competitive in their pricing.
Greatest challenge: Abernathy said scheduling is a challenge, both with her staff and in meeting her customers’ needs.
What’s ahead: Abernathy said she would like to see her company grow. And she will continue to provide a quality product and service.
